10You know about the laser light. Laser is a device that strengthens light. It produces a thin beam of light which is so strong that it can burn a hole in a diamond. Laser light is very dangerous. The word LASER is abbreviated form of Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. The powerful light has a great effect on medicines, communication, scientific research industry and military fields. Laser light is different from the light produced by electric bulb and the sun.
The light from these sources travels in all directions. Laser light travels in only one direction and in a narrow beam.
