The College offers 2-years M.A. (Post Graduate) course in BENGALI and SANSKRIT under the affiliation of the Vidyasagar University. Online applications are invited for admission to the 2-years M.A. (Post Graduate) course in BENGALI and SANSKRIT.

1. Online Admission portal at college website (http://narajolerajcollege.ac.in) for admission in M.A. courses in Bengali and Sanskrit in the session 2023-2024 will open on 01-09-2023. Candidates can apply by online mode from 01-09-2023 onwards. After online form fill up, they have to download printed copy of admission form. The printed copy of downloaded application form along with self-attested copies of all testimonials must be submitted to college office for verification at the time of commencement of their classes.

2. Application for admission in M.A courses in the session 2023-2024 shall be online only.

Online Application Forms for admission will be available from Narajole Raj College Website: http://www.narajolerajcollege.ac.in on and from 01-09-2023. The admission will be strictly on Merit Basis. The admission schedule is appended herewith.

Note: No printed Application Form will be issued from the College. Application will be considered only upon payment of the requisite Application Fees (Rs.00/-) per application.

Payments will be made by online mode only. No request for deposit of admission fees in the College Cash Counter will be entertained. There will be no need to come to the College Office for any matter relating to filling up of admission forms. Applicants are requested to visit the College Web-site on a regular basis for relevant information and updates.

3. During the period of admission procedure, the college shall maintain a helpline for the students on 24 hours and 7 days basis only for sorting out technical issues or for clearing any doubt regarding procedural aspects of such admission. 4. Eligibility Criteria: Students who have completed (either appeared or passed) Honours in respective subjects ( 45% marks in respective Hons. Subject for General candidate & 40% marks in respective Hons.

Subject for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) in 2022 0r 2023 are eligible to apply. However, at the time of counseling cum admission, if selected, they (whose results are yet to be published) will have to show the original mark -sheet of the final examination (Part -III), failing which their candidature will be canceled.

5. An SMS will be sent to each applicant after the successful submission of the application Form along with requisite fee (s).

6. Any wrong data given may lead to cancellation of the candidature summarily. It is within the sole discretion of the college authority to reject any application or admission.

7. All the information relating to the admission will be given to the applicant in the form of SMS in the mobile number furnished/registered by the applicant in the Online Application Form. The college will not be liable for non-receipt of relevant information because of wrong mobile number or furnishing of mobile number other than that of his/her own. Students are also requested to furnish their own email ID so that it can be used effectively for the purpose of circulation of important and necessary information to the intended recipient.

8. As this college is affiliated to Vidyasagar University, the college is liable to follow its guideline on admission, registration, examinations and so on and the Students must follow the guidelines strictly.

Candidates must download Transaction Acknowledgement Slip and the finally submitted Application Form. The printed copy of downloaded Application Form and Transaction Acknowledgement Slip along with the following documents is to be kept by the

candidates for future use. Students are hereby informed that they must produce the following documents in original also at the time of verification of their forms.

List of documents: -

* The print out of the Online form submitted (the candidate & guardian must put their signature in the form and the Anti -ragging declaration).

* Proof of payment of Application Fee.

*Self-attested copy of all Mark sheets.

*Self-attested copy of Graduation Registration Certificate.

*Self-attested copy of Madhyamik admit Card/ Certificate or Birth Certificate.

*Self-attested copy of SC/ST/PH/VH/OBC-A/OBC-B certificate (issued by the competent authority).

*Self-attested copy of character certificate.

* Self-attested copy of AADHAR card.

Candidates must upload above mentioned testimonials and his/her scanned signature and photograph at the time of filling up their forms.

*02(Two passport size photographs).

*Supporting documents (if applicable for any other information).
