c) Provisional and Character Certificates in original.
d) Migration Certificate in original.
e) Four recent passport sized photographs.
f) Copy of the admission fee submitted.
5) Candidates who fail to submit online admission from and admission fee by or before 23/12/2020 (5:00 PM) and/or fail to report the Department at Tulmulla for admission by or before 24/12/2020 (4:00 PM) and/or fail to provide relevant documents will not be allowed to seek admission.
