1.M/s. Dr.YSR Memorial Gajjala Hospitals, D.No.4-12-6/7, SBI Road, Sattenapalli, with the bed strength of 50 Nos.
2.Now the HCE has submitted CFO Fresh application along with a fee of Rs.12,000/- under Orange Hazardous Category through online on 01.08.2019 for 5 years(from 2017 to 2022) on the project cost of Rs.75.63/- to obtain consents of the Board for the period upto 31.07.2022. The HCE also paid CFE fee Rs.3,800/- under Orange Hazardous Category.
3.The HCE submitted BMW Authorization Fresh application along with a fee 10,000/- to obtain Combined consent of the Board for the period upto 31.07.2022 for the bed strength of 50 Nos.
4.The HCE not provided STP for treating the waste water generated at HCE. The waste water is discharging into municipal drain without treatment. During inspection the waste water sample collected from the outlet of the HCE before discharging into municipal drain and the sample was submitted at Zonal Laboratory, Vijayawada for analysis.
5.The HCE is disposing the Bio Medical Waste to the Common BMW Treatment Facility operating in Guntur District i.e., M/s. Safenviron.
6.The HCE is segregating the bio-Medical wastes at the source itself, shredding the needles, following colour coding bins, syringes, glass etc., as soon as they are used, and carrying out the chemical treatment for disinfection of waste.
7.The HCE is operating 1 No. of DG set capacity of 40 KVA & provided acoustic enclosure to control noise. About 10.0 Lts / annum of waste oil is generating from DG set and the same is being disposed to authorized reprocessing agencies.
Issue of BMW authorization, Consent & HWM Authorisation may be considered for the period upto 31.07.2022 for the bed strength of 50 Nos. with a direction to dispose Bio Medical Waste to authorized Common Bio Medical Waste Treatment Facility i.e., M/s.
Safenviron, Guntur District on regular basis.
22. Regional Officer’s Remarks :
Issue of BMW authorization, Consent & HWM Authorisation to M/s. Dr.YSR Memorial Gajjala Hospitals, D.No.4-12-6/7, SBI Road, Sattenapalli, Guntur District may be considered for the period up to 31.07.2022 for the bed strength of 50 Nos duly stipulating conditions applicable & to adopt requisite treatment to the aqueous waste generated at the HCE.
