The Board in the reference 1st cited, has issued combined CFO&HWA order to M/s. Nifty Labs Pvt. Ltd., 50/(A, B, G & H), 64 (A, B, C & D), 65 (A, B, C & D), 66 (A
& B), 67 (A & B), 67 (A & B), IDA, Kondapalli (V), Ibrahimpatnam (M), Krishna District with validity period upto 30.04.2021.
The Board issued temporary permission to the industry to transport effluents to CETP, Parawada, Pharmacity for three months or till restart of CETP, Kondapalli whichever is earlier” duly stipulating conditions as CETP Kondapalli was not working continuously due to technical problems, vide ref. 4th cited. The industry again made a representation, vide ref. 5th cited, for extension of temporary permission as CETP Kondapally was not yet started its operations. Accordingly, the Board extended the temporary permission, vide ref. 7th cited, to transport the effluents to CETP, M/s. Ramky Pharma City (India), Ltd., Parawada (M), Visakhapatnam District for further two months or till restart of CETP, Kondapalli whichever is earlier.
Now, the industry submitted a representation to the Board stating that the CETP, Kondapally is not fully operational due to frequent breakdowns and requested to permit to send the effluent of the industry to Ramky CETP, Parawada, Visakhapatnam when break downs or more quantity of effluents received are at CETP, Kondapally than the designed capacity of CETP,

Kondapally, vide ref. 8th cited. Further the industry submitted that the effluent quantity would be within the consented quantity only. The RO submitted the report vide ref. 9th cited.
The issue was placed in the CFO committee meeting held on 17.07.2019. The industry representatives have attended meeting. After detailed discussions, the committee recommended to issue permission to the industry for sending the effluents to CETP, Parawada; when there are breakdowns in CETP or in case of more quantity of effluents received are at CETP, Kondapally than the designed capacity with certain conditions.
The Board after careful examination of the request of the industry, report of EE, RO:
Vijayawada and recommendations of CFO committee, hereby issues permission to send effluents to CETP, Parawada on above mentioned circumstances, with the following conditions:
1. The industry shall inform RO: Vijayawada and RO: Visakhapatnam at least one week in advance before sending effluents to CETP, Parawada, Visakhapatnam District.
2. The permission is valid till the availability of capacity of CETP, M/s. Ramky Pharmacity (India) Limited, Parawada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. The permission will be withdrawn if capacity of CETP, JNPC is not sufficient in future.
All other conditions stipulated in the Combined CFO & HWM Order dt. 16.07.2016 and conditions mentioned in subsequent permissions vide ref. 4th and 7th cited will remain same.
