19/12/2022, it is for intormation to all concerned that the 20th Convocation of Assam University is scheduled ^to be held on

4th and

^5th March 2023 ⁱⁿ Assam University, Silchar campus.

The

that will be ^{conterred in} the 20th Convocation is as follows:

Day-1, 4th March 2023- AlN Degree including Honoris Causa, except TDC(Bachelor ot Arts).

Day-2.

The students are requested to tollow the instructions carefully:

registered

themselves by

paying ^Rs.2500/-

^{are allowed to} attend the 20th Convocation 2023 physically.

2. The Students may ^download the Hall Ticket ^on and from 20th

There will be no rehearsal for the students. The Gowns for attending the Convocation will be distributed on the same day of the programme from 8 am onwards. However, the rehearsal for

Procession will be ^on 3nd March 2023 from

1pm

^onwards.

4. The Convocation will start at 12 nocon on both the days.

5. On both the days, the students are requested to report to the University by 8 am.

6. The students will ^enter the Convocation Hall and will take their ^seat within 11 a m on both the

days.

7. The students are requested to bring the Hall 1icket on the day of Convocation. Without the Hall Ticket, candidates will ^not be allowed to enter into the Convocation Hall.

8. After the Convocation, the students are requested to return the Convocation Gowns in the counters from where it was distributed and proceed to collect the Certificate from the Counters as will be notified later on.

9 The date for certificate distribution for the candidates who registered themselves by paying Rs.1700/- will be notified later.
