The combined counseling for the candidates who have submitted their ONLINE application for admission into Bi.P.C. Stream Courses of Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad, P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University (PVNRTVU), Hyderabad and Sri. Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University (SKLTSHU), Mulugu for the Academic Year 2022-23 viz., B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science/ B.V.Sc.& A.H. / B.F.Sc. & B.Sc.(Hons.) Reservation of seats for the candidates coming from families of Agriculturist cum Rural Area (Farmers’ Quota):
Forty per cent (40%) of the seats in the PJTSAU & SKLTSHU and 25% in PVNRTVU are reserved for candidates coming from families of Agriculturists (Farmers) owning not less than ONE acre of land either in the name of the parents or in the name of the candidate and who have studied for a minimum of 4 years in schools located in Non-Municipal areas.
If the land is owned by grandfather, grandmother or guardian or any other relations, reservation is not acceptable under farmer quota.
ANNEXURE-I: It is a proforma to be certified by the Head Master of the School with his office seal that the candidate has studied for a minimum period of four years in schools located in Non- Municipal areas during their period of study from 1st class to 12th class / Intermediate (Non- Municipal Area Certificate).
ANNEXURE -II: It is a proforma indicating the patta numbers and extent of land owned by the candidate / parents duly certified by the Tahsildar with his office seal (or) the candidate has to upload attested photocopies of pattadar pass book as an evidence of the extent of agricultural land.
ANNEXURE -I and ANNEXURE -II need to be filled in with the signatures of concerned officials viz., concerned Head of Institution and Tahsildar, respectively, along with office seal.
Otherwise, the claim of the candidates under this category will be summarily rejected.
Reservation of seats for the candidates coming from Rural Area (Rural Quota):
To claim the seats under Rural quota in B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science the candidate have to submit ANNEXURE-I
ANNEXURE-I: It is a proforma to be certified by the Head Master of the School with his office seal that the candidate has studied for a minimum period of four years in schools located in Non- Municipal areas during their period of study from 1st class to 12th class / Intermediate (Non- Municipal Area Certificate).
Original certificates to be produced at the time of counselling:
a) Online Application Form.
b) SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.
c) Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or its Equivalent Examination).
d) Telangana State EAMCET-2022 Rank Card.
e) Bonafide / Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class.
f) Non-Municipal Area Study Certificate (ANNEXURE-I) (At least four years of the study period before the qualifying examination), if applicable.
g) Agricultural Land Holding Certificate (ANNEXURE-II) (At least one acre farm land), if applicable.
h) The certified copy of the Social Status (Caste) Certificate issued by the competent authority from Telangana State in case of applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
i) The certified copy of the EWS Certificate issued for the year 2022-23 by the competent authority in case of applicants belonging to EWS.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: -
Candidates are required to read the prospectus thoroughly before attending the counselling.
The parents and candidates should visit the University website www.pjtsau.edu.in regularly during the counselling dates for updates and the availability of seats under various categories.
All the candidates are informed to visit the website(www.pjtsau.edu.in) for seat availability position before attending the counselling, which will be updated regularly during the counselling days.
For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from Telangana / Andhra Pradesh / Un-Reserved with TS EAMCET-2022 Rank can compete on the basis of merit and rule of reservation.
This notification shall be treated as an individual intimation and no separate intimation will be issued
All Categories means the candidate belonging to OC, EWS, BC, SC and ST including Non- Rural, Rural, Non-Farmer and Farmer.
The candidates need to attend the counselling on the scheduled day as per the ranks indicated above.
The candidates are informed that the duration of B.V.Sc. & A.H. course is of 5 ½ years as per the recent regulations of Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi. The pattern of education for B.V.Sc. &
A.H. course shall be on annual system basis.
The candidates are required to produce all the relevant original certificates at the time of counselling failing which the candidature for admission will be rejected.
The selected candidates will have to pay the requisite fees (in CASH) inclusive of deposits immediately failing which the seat will stand cancelled.

The hostel and mess charges are additional/extra.
Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability.
If the admitted candidate cancels his/her seat before the closure of admissions for the Academic Year 2022-23 an amount of Rs.1,000/- shall be collected as processing fee. The remaining fees already paid during admission shall be refunded.
After closure of admissions process for the AY 2022-23 the candidate forfeits the fees already paid and in addition he/she has to pay cancellation fees as per the norms of the respective Universities (indicated in the fees structure).
Selection of candidates under EWS, BC, SC & ST quota is subject to clearance of the respective social status by the respective Directorates of Government of Telangana.
In the event of establishment of new colleges such seats will also be considered for filling up through this notification only.
The guidelines issued by Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed scrupulously.
Candidates called for counselling will have to attend at their own cost and only one parent / guardian of the candidate will be allowed to accompany the candidate during the counselling process.
The Universities do not guarantee any employment to the candidates joining the courses.
The counseling process is likely to extend late into the evening; hence the candidates and parents/
guardians are requested to come well prepared for the same.
More number of candidates than the availability of seats are called for counseling and hence, mere attendance / participation during counselling does not guarantee admission.
Candidates should report at the counselling center one hour before the scheduled time.
Certificates / documents other than those uploaded will not be entertained or considered for the allotment of seats.
Candidates belonging to EWS, BC, SC & ST categories should bring two Xerox copies of their relevant certificate to be submitted at the counselling center.
The seats reserved under EWS/BC/SC/ST categories including farmers quota shall also be filled up simultaneously during the counseling process on the scheduled days.
Out of total seats 36% in B.F.Sc. UG programme (i.e.,11 seats) offered by Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU), Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh are earmarked for Telangana State. The admission is based on the Rank obtained in TS EAMCET-2022. The candidates selected under these seats will be required to study at College of Fishery Science, Muthukur, Nellore Dist. under the control of SVVU. The fee structure as prescribed by SVVU is approximately Rs. 45,000/-.
A candidate for admission under general category to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course, must have passed in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology and obtained 50% (45% for SC/ST/PH category) of marks at the intermediate level in each subject.
Sliding and shifting from one course to another course and one college to another college will be done based on the merit and rule of reservation and availability of seats.
In the event of sliding from one course to another course and one college to another college the candidates need to pay the differential amounts of fees as per the fee structure of the respective Universities.
20% of seats in B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture under ICAR quota will be filled up based on ranks obtained in UG-AIEEA-2022 National level examination conducted by ICAR. The left over seats under ICAR quota will be filled up by the University.
In case, the information furnished or the certificates uploaded by the candidates are found to be false, the University will take appropriate legal action against the individuals concerned.
The University is not responsible for any information provided in websites other than at www.pjtsau.edu.in.
Parents and Students are informed that the admissions are purely based on merit and guidelines of the University and as such they are requested not to rely on any middlemen/persons/consultants who try to mislead the students in securing admission into PJTSAU under any quota. All the seats will be filled by the University only through combined counselling.
The candidates may take original certificates on request by furnishing an undertaking, if they have any other counsellings to be attended and return the certificates after the stipulated day. If they fail to return the certificates to the college, the admission shall stand cancelled.
No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
The selected candidates are advised to take mobile numbers of the concerned officers of the allotted college for official information.
Candidates are informed to attend counselling on the scheduled date and time. If they fail to attend they cannot claim the seat as per merit.
Candidates who attend the counselling late, have to submit the letter to the counselling authorities duly indicating the time of their attending the counselling.
