E-TENDER NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT OF TRANSPORTER/s (No.2 of 2019)
E-Tenders under Two Bid System are invited from registered Transport Companies/Agencies/Firms for providing Vehicle/s to the University on hire basis. The bids must be submitted through e-Tendering only, available on www.eprocure.gov.in. The NIT and link shall also be available on the University website: www.cukashmir.ac.in and same shall remain open for submission of the e-tender up to 09th July, 2019 (6.00pm).
The Transport Company/Agency/Firm interesting to apply shall possess:
1. One-year experience of providing vehicles to any State or Central Government Department/s, Universities / Institutions.
2. Income Tax return for the last one year.
The hard copy of the bid(s) should be addressed to Registrar, Central University of Kashmir, Nuner, Ganderbal – 191201

J&K) and the same should be accompanied by a DD of Rs.500/- (as tender processing fee) along with a DD of Rs.25,000/- as EMD drawn on any scheduled bank favouring Central University of Kashmir payable at Ganderbal (J&K) in sealed envelope duly superscripted “e-Tender for Hiring of Vehicle/s on Monthly/Hourly Basis”. However, the bidder/s who has/have already applied against previous tender shall be exempted from payment of tender processing fee & EMD.
