Minutes of the meeting of the committee constituted for Tender opening and Evaluation for providing Reprographic Services on Outsources basis.
The committee constituted vide order No: Cukmr/Est/ORS/NG/F.No.317/14(11)/907 dated 29-04-2019, for selection of Reprographic Service Provider on outsource basis met on 02-05- 2019 to evaluate the technical bids of following seven bidders.
1. M/s Nice Enterprises 2. M/s Nanu Pashmina 3. M/s Color Curve
4. Insight Designers
5. M/s New S.B. Mobi Care 6. M/s New Quality Enterprises 7. M/s Smart Solution
While evaluating the technical bids of the above bidders, it was observed that all the submitted bids as per the laid down eligibility criteria. The details of deficiency so observed are mentioned below against each.

In view of the fact the fresh tendering process is likely to entail more time and energy, as such the committee unanimously resolves to complete the deficiency to all concerned with - -the request to make-up by or before 07-05-2019, failing which the bid/s shall be rejected and not entertained for opening of financial bids. The next date for finalizing the tenders is scheduled on 09-05-2019
