1. The candidates have been shortlisted for Presentation & Interview on the basis of Entrance Score, NET/JRF/SLET qualification and category information submitted by the students.
2. The shortlisted candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time of counselling.
a) PG marks/Grade card
b) NET/JRF/SLET etc. & CUCET Score card c) Reserve category, if applicable
3. The Shortlisting of the Candidates is provisional and subject to the verification of requisite certificates (Marks Sheets, Category certificates etc.) and eligibility criteria.
4. Presentation and Interview shall be held at Nowgam campus I of the University as per the following Schedule:

5. Final selection of the candidates would be based on the following criteria:
Merit at PG level :50%
Presentation on proposed research :30%
Personal Interview :20%
6. The candidates who fail to attend the Presentation & Interview as per the schedule mentioned above, shall forfeit their right to plead for the same.
7. Candidates are, in their own interest, advised to get in touch with the Department concerned for seeking guidance in formulation of research proposals etc before presentations.
