The paper as such will be divided into three parts. The first part will deal with the global consequences of climate change and look into the dual aspects of as to whether this is happening because of human activity or a natural process. In this section the paper will also look into the scientific complexity of climate change and what precaution and risk management can be done in order to minimize its impact on earth and the human population. The second section will focus on the cumulative effects of climate change along with the nexus of migration and conflict in the world’s most complex environments with special reference to South Asia and India. The last section will unfurl several hotspots that frequently come up into contemporary debate on climate change, migration and conflict.
