About University
The University of Hyderabad (UoH), one of the major institutions of higher education in India is largely devoted to postgraduate studies and is widely known for its excellence in research and for its distinguished faculty.
With 46 different Departments and Centres organized in 13 Schools of study, the University has over 400 faculty and over 5000 students. The University offers close to 150 different programmes of study ranging from doctoral studies to Masters level degrees, as well as a range of post graduate diplomas and short term courses by Distance mode. It also has a thriving Five year Integrated Masters Programme. The University hosts an ever increasing number of foreign scholars in the highly popular Study in India Programme: Grade A, which is the highest was awarded, by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Indira Gandhi Memorial Library
IGM Library is one of the important central facilities of the Univer- sity catering to the information needs of faculty, research scholars and students. The library also created learning environment by es- tablishing Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) Searching Area, Internet browsing area for accessing e-resources, Laptop zone with Wi-Fi facility, specialized workstations & software for visually-challenged students. The library with its excellent IT infra- structure facilities has achieved several distinctions. It is the first university library to -
♦ Fully automate its house keeping operations and undertaken turnkey projects for computerizing other libraries Subscribing online search databases since the year 1998 and full text data- bases from 2001
♦ A Resource Centre for INFLIBNET’s Document Delivery Ser- vices
♦ Be one of the participating libraries for creating a Universal Digital Library.
♦ Contribute theses to UGC INFLIBNET’s Shodhganga Project
♦ Start Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Net- working (PGDLAN) under Distance Education mode from 1998 with greater emphasis on practical aspects
♦ Install electronic surveillance, security system and 100 KW Solar Power System.
About Conference
The conference is aimed to share the experiences of working profes- sions with regard to e-resources, issues related access, copyright and case studies on intuitional repositories etc. LIS Professionals, Faculty (including retired) and Students are invited to register, con- tribute papers and attend the National Conference.

For Authors
Authors are requested to submit the full manuscript/chapter (Paper) in the following format.
♦ MS Word Format, Time New Roman with 12 font size. The title should be 14 point bold Capital and Subtitles in 12 pt.
Bold.
♦ The Paper should not exceed 4000 words in A4 size with 1.5 spacing with a margin of 1.0 on all sides
♦ Abstract should not exceed 200 words .
♦ Provide at least three key words
♦ References should be in APA Style
♦ Author/s’s names (designation, affiliation, & contact No.
etc.) should be in 12 point italic)
♦ A Self Declaration should be made separately by the author/
s in another document ,stating that the paper/s is their own contribution and has/have not been sent elsewhere for publi- cation.
