PROVISIONAL SELECTION LIST FOR PG DIPLOMA IN GUIDANCE AND
COUNSELLING PROGRAMME (COURSE CODE PG224) (Test Paper Code PGQP57)
(GENERAL CATEGORY - OPEN MERIT)
Notes:
1) The candidates are informed to bring along with them the following documents in original and self-attested Photostat copies at the Academic Section of the University, Pohru crossing Nowgam Campus-II, at the time of admission failing which their name shall NOT be considered for admission:
a) Qualifying marks certificates.
b) Matriculation Certificate bearing D.O.B c) Provisional and Character Certificates.
d) Category Certificate (if applicable). (OBC candidates are required to submit the latest OBC certificate in the format prescribed by the Govt. of India)
e) Migration Certificate in original.
2) Mere appearance of the name in the selection list shall not entitle any right of admission unless the candidate fullfills the prescribed eligibility.
3) In case a selected candidate fails to complete the admission formalities during the presicribed date (From 17-July-2017 to 22-July- 2017), It shall be presumed that the candidate is not willing to take the admission in the said programme and the seat shall be offered to the next candidate in the order of merit. 4) The candidates falling in the waiting list shall report for counselling in the Academic Section of the University on July 24th, 2017 from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm to explore the possibility of admission against vacant seat/s, if any.
5) Fee Structure for 1st Semester: Rs. 9700/- (Including one time fee).
