NOTICE FOR ONLINE EXAMINATION FOR CURRENT THIRD SEMESTER AND ARREARS (BACK) PAPERS OF THIRD SEMESTER
1. The exam in the department will be conducted in online mode with open book format.
2. The examination shall start from 2.2.2021. The time duration of the exam shall be 3 hours duration starting from 10:30 AM and the examination of each paper shall be for 70 marks 3. The question paper shall be send to the students 10 to 5 minutes prior to the start of the
exam by email from the id: [email protected]. On receipt of the question paper the student is required to respond to the email saying- “I have received the question paper of paper no. ______ and I am answering the examination”. This is an important step as it shall mark the attendance of the student in the exam.
4. The students shall write the answers to the questions in A4 size paper to be arranged by them. Writing shall be done in one side of the paper only and in their own handwriting.
Students must write their Examination Roll Number, Name of the Paper, Paper number on each page starting from the first page. Each page shall be numbered serially in Roman Numerals like- 1, 2, etc.
5. On completion of the examination, students shall take photographs of the pages and compile them to one pdf file and send it to the email id [email protected]. The File name of the pdf, shall be in the format “paper_number_roll_number”. For example if a student is answering paper number 301, bearing roll number 01123456 (say) then the filename of the answer script shall be “401_011-23456”. Additional 30 minutes shall be provided to the students for submission of the Answer Script in pdf format. No submission shall be entertained after that time.
6. The examination shall be of subjective type. The question paper will have five units, each containing two questions (so in total there shall be 10 questions in all). Students can answer any five questions (there is no restriction for answering at least one question from each unit).
The questions shall be of 14 marks each.
7. The paper 305 is a practical paper. The paper shall be examined by an internal examiner and an external examiner. Students have to answer the questions asked, in the usual process and the external examiner will ask viva questions to test the knowledge of the candidates.
Answer scripts of the paper 305 will be submitted to the given official email.
8. The schedule of the examination program of current third semester and arrear (back) papers of third semester is as follows:

9. All the students shall remain present in the examination. If however, any student fail to appear at the said examination, for whatever reason, he/she will get special chance to appear at the examination as and when feasible for the University to conduct offline examination 10. There will be no re-evaluation. However, there shall be betterment examination which shall
be arranged offline by the university as and when feasible.
