NOTE
1) The candidates are advised to report at Old Physical College, Ganderbal with all the requisite documents in original and self-attested photostat copies to complete the admission formalities by or before December 15th, 2018, failing which their name shall NOT be considered for admission:
a) Qualifying marks certificates in original and self-attested Photostat copies.
b) Attested photocopy of Matriculation Certificate bearing D.O.B c) Provisional and Character Certificates in original.
d) Three passport size photographs.
2) In case a candidate fails to complete the admission formalities by the stipulated date, he/she shall forfeit his/her right to be considered for the admission and the resultant vacant seat shall be offered to the next candidate in the order of merit.
