B4S will create an online dashboard for Scholarship Provider to do the followings:
Data Analytics: Process
monitoring & report generation, State wise application data
To be able to shortlist complete filled applications
To be able to rank the candidate's list as per their merit, need and answers to given during
scholarship interview test

Application queries handling:
FAQs section with application guidelines, students queries

Students will chose available telephonic round slots
Final face to face round

Dates and location will be communicated to shortlisted students over Call/Mail/SMS

Buddy4Study will inform all finalist students through SMS/Emails
Hard copy Interview letters to be couriered to all selected finalists.
Interview will be taken by
Scholarship provider team at their offices across the counFinal selection will be done on the basis of interview performance

Final Selection and Face
to Face interview round
Selected scholars will be asked to submit their scholar registration form (SRF).
Scholars will send their final documents i.e. SRF, canceled cheque, college admission, fee receipt Buddy4Study team will review documents

Buddy4Study will provide the complete technology and
transparent system for scholars account creation for tracking purpose.
Scholarship provider team will monitor and track all their
scholar’s performances
Scholarship provider will transfer the next instalment on receiving the scholars’ grade cards which ensures the students are
continuing their education

Scholar Tracking System
(STS)
Engagement with their all present and alumni scholars. It also has
provisions to assist the management team in promoting their job
vacancies, internships with their own scholars. Scholars can connect and guide other scholars as well.
Management can invite their professionals as mentors to the
panel who can conduct mentoring webinars
