Subject to the Participants laws and regulations,

scientific and technical data and other information mutually provided by the Participants ^is

not transferred or supplied to a third party without prior written consent of each Participant.

that intellectual property r,ighis issues may arise,

the Participants will not dis0uss the same in JWG but will fefer, ⁱⁿ
