1. The Participants enter into this Memorandum of

Understanding (MoU)

establish

the

lndia-Austr:alia Joint

Working Group (JWG) for Cooperation in the field

of

Agriculture and Allied $ectors to enhance

consultation and

cooperation between the Participants on agriculture,

food

livestock,

and related matters of mutual

interest including consultations on bilateral issues.

Subject to the Participants laws and regulations,

scientific and technical data and other information mutually provided by the Participants is
