MECHANISMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVENESS OF GERMAN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

ABSTRACT
The article describes and analyzes in detail the effective means of using interactive methods of foreign language teaching. This article shows ways to increase the effectiveness of education using pedagogical technologies in German language classes, educational games in the course of the lesson, and ways to achieve active participation of students.

АННОТАЦИЯ
В статье описаны и подробно проанализированы эффективные средства использования интерактивных методов обучения иностранному языку. В данной статье показаны пути повышения эффективности обучения с использованием педагогических технологий на занятиях по немецкому языку, развивающих игр в ходе урока, способы достижения активного участия учащихся.

INTRODUCTION
After gaining independence, our country is on the way to building a democratic legal state and civil society. Many measures are being developed to stay firmly on this path. One of the important conditions for the development of our country is the perfection of the personnel training system and comprehensive development of the individual. There is no doubt that every change in the field of education will have a positive effect on the development of our society.
Increasing the country's intellectual potential is an important factor in training mature, competitive personnel who can meet the requirements of the state education standard.
Independent knowledge in any field striving to master is the most distinctive feature of the student's activity in the educational institution, it is the basis of independent study and knowledge acquisition. Independent learning and control in the educational system is one of the main factors of independent education. In getting independent education, first of all, it is necessary to form in students the need for independent work, free, creative activity and, most importantly, independent thinking. In the educational process, interest and attention to the use of innovative technologies of interactive methods in the educational process is growing day
by day, one of the reasons for this is that, until now, traditional students were taught to acquire only ready-made knowledge, while modern and in technology, teach them the knowledge they have teaches them to search, to try and analyze independently, to draw wrong conclusions by themselves. The pedagogue creates conditions for the development, formation, education and training of the individual in this process, and at the same time performs the functions of management and direction. In the educational process, the student becomes the main figure.

In accordance with paragraph 1, under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Agency for Popularization of Foreign Language Learning (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) and the positions of regional representatives of the Agency in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent city are established;
In accordance with paragraph 2, the Agency and its representatives are 34 state units of the republican scientific-practical center for the development of innovative methods of teaching foreign languages under the State University of World Languages of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Public Education and the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education. it should be taken for information that the system was established at the expense of 39 state units.
2. Establish such a procedure, according to which the Agency:
-coordinates the activities of state bodies and organizations, local executive authorities, and state educational institutions on the popularization of foreign language teaching;
-establishes relations with foreign and local partners and arranges to involve their financial, organizational and methodological support in popularizing the study of foreign languages in the country;
-together with the ministries and agencies, develops and implements methodologies that enable the professional activities of civil servants to be carried out in foreign languages;
-determines comprehensive measures to popularize the study of at least ten foreign languages in high demand;
-develops qualification requirements and assessment criteria for teachers of foreign languages and organizes the process of assigning them a qualification category based on the principle of openness;
The Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers together with the State Inspection approves the list of internationally recognized certificates assessing the level of knowledge of foreign languages and the correspondence between the levels of national and internationally recognized certificates determining the level of knowledge of foreign languages.

LITERATURE ANALYSIS AND METHODOLOGY

Innovation technology is the introduction of innovations and changes in the pedagogical process and teacher's and student's activities, and mainly interactive methods are fully used in its implementation. Interactive methods are considered to be collective thinking, that is, methods of pedagogical influence, which are considered a component of educational content. The peculiarity of these methods is that they are implemented only through the cooperation of the teacher and students. In addition, the process of pedagogical cooperation has its own characteristics, which include: to ensure that the student is not indifferent during the lesson, forces independent thinking, creativity and research; to ensure that students are constantly interested in knowledge during the educational process; to increase the student's interest in learning independently, with a positive approach to each issue; organization of activities of pedagogue and student always in cooperation; Let's focus on the problematic teaching technology at this point.
