In response to the telephonic conversation followed by an email dated 3 July, 2021 from the Staff Association office bearers, this is to inform you that all promotions were done after duly considering the PBAS and APARS submitted by the teachers as to which certificate/ document they wished to be considered are attached, at each level of promotion.
If there has been an inadvertent oversight, please bring it to the attention of the college, by submitting a representation to the Principal, giving details and providing documentary evidence. These representations will then be considered by the Screening Committee for further action, if required.
Please submit your representation in the office latest by the 9" of July 2021
