CORRIGENDUM-IV
The Preliminary Information Memorandum (PIM) for the process of Strategic Disinvestment of 100% stake in HLL Lifecare Limited by Government of India (GoI) along with transfer of management control was issued on December14, 2021, followed by three corrigenda (with the last corrigendum i.e., Corrigendum-III issued on January 21, 2022).
In view of further requests received from the Interested Bidders to extend the timeline, the following changes are made in the PIM:
In ‘Important Dates’ section (page 17), Section 9 Instruction for submission of EoI, clause 1, subclauses a and b (page 98) and Annexure 7: Advertisement, paragraph 3 (page 138)
