This is regarding implementation of Rainfed Area Developmerrt (R.AD) under National Mission J:or Sustainable Agriculture (NMSA).

As en'u'isage<l in the Guideiines of N\4SA,16 % &.8 % of *re total aiiocation or in proportion of SCI/ST population in the district to be utilized fc,r Speciai Component Plan (SCl?) and Tribtri Sub Pian (TSP) respectively.

It is therefore requested that the progress made under Rainfed Area Developmelrt component of NMSA under these Sub-Plans nra),'please be submitted to this Department by end of every month in the prescribed format given at Appendix IV of the NMSA Guidelines so as to enable this departmerrt to f'arnish the progress of these sub plans to Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerrment on rnonthiv basis.
