The performance security should be for an amount of 2-5% of the estimated value of the contract. The terms and conditions of the contract are those contained in the General Conditions of Contract applicable to contracts awarded by ICAR-IARI, as detailed in the tender forms and schedule/annexure thereof. It will be the sole responsibility of the contractor to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Director, IARI shall be final and binding on the contractor. The amount of loss/damage will be recovered from either bills/deposit of the contract. xiii).
Such deduction is proportional to the loss incurred by the institute due to the contractor's failure to fulfill its obligations on this account, which will be assessed by the institute.

I/we undertake to inform IARI immediately of any changes in the state or operation of the company. The undersigned is fully authorized to sign and submit this application form on behalf of the organization he represents. All personnel stationed on the premises shall be available at all times and for all purposes shall be deemed to be employees of the firm and --- (name of Institute.) shall have no liability on this account whatsoever. The manpower deployed by the Agency must work according to the working days and timings of the--- (name of the Institute). The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding on any dispute between the parties.
That the firm will issue identity card to each of the workers involved for entry to --- (name of the Institute) premises. That the Firm will ensure the successful implementation of the terms and conditions of the agreement through proper control and supervision of the work. That if the Firm fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or commits any breach of contract, the --- (name of the Institute) shall be entitled to cancel the contract.
It is also agreed that the volunteers and/or the employees/workers of the Firm shall under no circumstances be treated, considered or regarded as the employees of the--- (name of the Institute) and the firm shall be solely responsible for their compensation, wages and other benefits, etc. Firm shall indemnify and hold harmless the --- (name of the Institute) against any claim it may incur against the employees/workers of the Firm. In the event of any loss or damage to Council property attributable to the firm, full damages will be recovered from the firm.
In case of any accident/loss of life of the workers during the performance of duties compensation to be given to the workers, the same will be borne by the Firm. The terms and conditions set out in the tender documents and included herewith will form part of the agreement.
