WALK IN INTERVIEW
Eligible candidates are invited to attend walk in interview for the following contractual post under the project on National Initiative on Climate Resilient agriculture (NICRA) and National Mission for Sustaining the Himalayan ecosystem (NMSHE) to be held at 10:00 a.m on 6
thJanuary 2018 at ICAR research complex for NEH region, Arunachal Pradesh, Basar-791101

NMSHE TF-6
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
01(one) Master Degree in any subject of Agriculture and Animal sciences or Life Sciences with NET in the discipline of agriculture/ animal sciences taxonomy/ botany/zoology /environmental sciences/soil &
water conservation/Agri business)
i. Experience in laboratory and field research works.
ii. Knowledge of computer application.
iii. Working experience in NEH region.
1. Age limit for JRF 30 years for male and 35 years for female and SRF, 35 years for male and 40 years for female as on 6/01/18 .(
Relaxation of age as per rule: 5years for SC/ST/Women & 3 years for OBC).
2. Fixed emolument payable for JRF is Rs 25,000/- + 10 % HRA and for SRF Rs 28,000/- + 10 % HRA.
3. Selected candidate are expected to work in the field (Institute and farmers field) and also to undertake extensive tours of the northeastern region and others part of the country for data collection, sampling, attending meeting/
training/seminars etc as part of the project requirement.
4. Candidates are required to bring all the relevant documents, certificated and mark sheet in original along with an application with full Biodata addressed to the Joint Director, ICAR Research complex, Arunachal Pradesh centre, Basar.
No objection certificate (NOC) from their current employer (in case employed).
A passport size photo graph should also be affixed on the top of the application with enclosure of self attested copies of the certificate, mark sheeted from matriculation/HSLC onwards.5. Post is purely temporary and contractual basis and selected post will be co terminus with the project. The selected candidate cannot claim for permanent absorption in ICAR.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing the interview.
7. The interview will be held on 6th of January,2018 at 10:00 A.M in the committee room of ICAR RC for NEH region Arunachal Pradesh centre.
