IIFT is consistently ranked as one of the top destinations for premium recruiters in the country owing to its rigorous course curriculum, a competitive batch and an exceptional track record in corporate competitions. The Institute provides transformational learning experience to the students, nurtures them to be a thorough professional, and cultivates in them a leadership acumen.

The corporate sector has continued to show faith and confidence in our graduates by making the best offers to them. The Institute continues to have a place of pride amongst the leading B-Schools of the country and a front runner in the field of international business. I would like to take this moment in thanking all the recruiters for their unwavering support and we as an institute are grateful for their continued faith bestowed upon the institute and the students.

The placements of the MBA(IB) 2020-22 batch of our Institute have witnessed remarkable offers being made to our students across various industrial sectors and functional domains and I take this opportunity to thank the recruiters that participated in the process. We are grateful to the Business entities that have kept their faith and confidence alive despite the pandemic times and have continued to partner with us all these years.

The ecosystem that prevails in the Institute, propels the faculty to deliver their best and the students to attain their maximum potential. The myriad of activities, academic and extra-curricular, at the Campus help the students imbibe the leadership mindset.

IIFT continued to be the preferred campus for recruiters in Consulting domain, offering lucrative roles as the domain ended up attracting 25% of the total offers.

Legacy recruiters like Cognizant, EY, Infosys, McKinsey & Co, Shangrila Corporate Services, Thoucentric, Wipro and ZS Associates showed their faith in IIFT and offered their marquee consulting roles.

There was an emphatic advancement in the domain, with management consulting offers witnessing a 100% increase, with first time recruiters including Accenture Strategy, Deloitte India, Deloitte USI, and Optum Advisory hiring in large numbers.

IIFT continued to deliver strong results in the Finance domain, which saw many new esteemed associations offering prestigious roles in investment banking, risk management, wealth management, and equity research.

Legacy recruiters like Axis Bank, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Indus Valley Partners, JP Morgan, Silverdale, Synergy Consulting and Yes Bank continued to entrust IIFT by making multiple offers.

Sales and Marketing domain upheld its stature as one of the leading domains in terms of compensation and the number of roles offered.

Sales and Marketing accounted for a quarter of the total roles offered, with Bajaj Auto, Dabur, HT Media, ITC, Loreal, Paytm, RPG Group, Signify, Tata Consumer Products continuing to hire in large numbers offering their prestigious roles.

IIFT strengthened its position with new associations with respected brands like Asian Paints, Emami, HCCB and Mars which offered core roles in sales and marketing, digital marketing, and others.

IIFT strengthened its position in the General Management & Strategy domain with legacy recruiters like Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Flipkart, Godrej Properties, JSW, Reliance, continuing to offer their prestigious programs.

There were new associations with Narayana Health and State Street, offering their coveted management trainee roles.

IT and Analytics remained a domain of choice attracting 9% of the total offers.

Firms such as Axtria, Brillio, Capgemini, EXL, Genpact, Google, Hexaware, Voxco and ZS Associates offered multiple roles in the domain.

Nucleus Software and Searce opened their prestigious roles for their first time engagement with IIFT.

Product Management Domain saw a dynamic increase in offers, and was one of the highest paid domains.

Companies like Games 24x7, GOMMT, Jio Platforms, Microsoft trusted IIFT with their core roles.

Trade & Operations continued to be a domain that saw many established firms offering their coveted roles. ETG offered its prestigious Global MT role, and along with it there were many marquee companies like Tata Steel, Trafigura, Olam that offered various roles.

New associations included the likes of Varroc and OfBusiness.
