ORDER:
Vide ref cited above, University Orders have been issued to conduct the MBA II year II Semester Project Viva exam along with II year II Semester University exams irrespective of number of backlog subjects. Accordingly all the Principals are informed to note the following : 1) There shall be no separate notification for MBA Project Viva exams. The final Semester regular exam notification includes Project Viva evaluation.
2) There will be an increase in the exam fee of IV Semester to cover the expenditure of Project- Viva exam. The exact fee details will be intimated along with II year II Semester exam notification.
3) One external examiner will be identified for every 20 students (approx) as it is individual student assessment.
4) This new pattern of final Semester project evaluation shall be applicable for the students who are currently studying in final Semester (2018 admitted batch) and the successive batches.
5) However there is no change in the procedure for conduct of project viva for the students of 2017 admitted batch (R17) and for students of previous regulations.
Hence the Principals are informed to make necessary arrangements to meet the above said guidelines.
