उपधारा (2) ारा द शि य का योग करते हुए, भारत के राजप , असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) म कािशत भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन कृिष मं ालय की अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 2486(अ), तारीख 24 िसतंबर, 2014 म िन िलिखत संशोधन करती है, अथार्त् :--

उ अिधसूचना की सारणी म म सं. 8, 37 तथा 39 और उससे संबंिधत िवि य का लोप िकया

जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th March, 2017

S.O. 799(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture number S.O. 2486(E), dated the 24^th September, 2014 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section-3, sub-section-(ii), namely:--

In the said notification, in the Table, the Sl. No’s , 8, 37 and 39 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
