उ त अिधसूचना म2 मद XIX (घ) और उससे संबंिधत िवि6 टय के ( थान पर, िन निलिखत मद और िवि7याँ रखी जाएंगी, अथा"त:-

“(XIX) (घ) डॉ. राजन, सहायक महािनदेशक (पादप सरं9ण और जैव सुर9ा), भारतीय कृिष अनुसंधान प.रषद्, कृिष भवन नई दली” ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 13th September, 2019

S.O. 3277(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby nominate the following person to be a member of the Central Insecticides Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 301, dated the 27th February, 1971, namely:—

In the said notification, item (xix)(d), and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely:—

“(xix)(d) Dr. Rajan, Assistant Director General (Plant Protection and Bio-safety), Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi”.

S.O. 3278(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby nominate the following person to be a member of the Registration Committee for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part–II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.

79(E), dated the 4th February, 1997, namely:—

In the said notification for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:—

“4. Dr. Rajan, Assistant Director General (Plant Protection and Biosafety), Member”.
