अत:, अब, क*Hीय सरकार, कटनाशी अिधिनयम, 1968 (1968 का 46) क धारा 36 8ारा दJ त शि; तय< का
योग करते Iए, कटनाशी िनयम, 1971 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िनK निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथा7त् :-- 1. (1) इन िनयम< का संि&A त नाम कटनाशी (दूसरा संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है ।
(2) ये राजप) म* उनके काशन क तारीख को वृJ त ह<गे ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th July, 2019
G.S.R. 535(E).—Whereas the draft rules further to amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971, was published, as required by section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture, Co-operation and Farmers Welfare) number G.S.R. 226 (E), dated the 19th March, 2019, in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), inviting objections or suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby, before the expiry of a period of forty- five days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India in which the said notification was published were made available to the public;
And whereas, copies of the said notification were made available to the public on 19th March, 2019;
And whereas, no objections or suggestions has been received by the Central Government from the public on the said draft rules;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Insecticides Rules, 1971, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Insecticides (Second Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Insecticides Rules, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as the “said rules”), in rule 6, in sub-rule (3), for the words
“by a demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad, in favour of”, the words and letters “ through Non-Tax Receipt Portal www.bharatkosh.gov.in to” shall be substituted.
3. In rule 6A of the said rules, for the words and letters “in the form of demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad, in favour of”, the words and letters “ through Non-Tax Receipt Portal www.bharatkosh.gov.in to”
shall be substituted.
4. In rule 6B of the said rules, for the words and letters “in the form of demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, Faridabad, in favour of”, the words and letters “ through Non-Tax Receipt Portal www.bharatkosh.gov.in to”
shall be substituted.
5. In rule 7 of the said rules,-
i. in sub-rule (3), for the words “demand draft”, the words “deposited receipt” shall be substituted;
ii. in sub-rule (4), for the words “by a demand draft drawn on the State Bank of India, New Delhi, in favour of”, the words and letters “ through Non-Tax Receipt Portal www.bharatkosh.gov.in to” shall be substituted.
