THE UNIVERSITYBabasaeheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University is a Central University located in Lucknow established in1996. The university is dedicated to promote higher learning in various fields of Science, Social Sciences, Law, Humanities, Commerce, Management and Technology. Besides, university is also offer appropriate courses relevant for the development of socially and educationally depressed section of the people, including agricultural technology and development Studies to promote the educational and socio-economic interests and welfare of the people in general and members belonging to the SC/ST in particular.

ABOUT THE cONfERENcE
One of the legendary efforts of the university in disseminating equal opportunities and promoting cohesiveness within our society goes with the establishment of Centre for the Study of Social Exclusion &
Inclusive Policy (CSSEIP). One of the major thrust areas includes
Inclusive education which has become absolute in the national and international literature over the last decade and has been accorded legitimacy through various international and national declarations.
Inclusive education is the participation of All children and young people for the removal of all forms of exclusionary practice.
Inclusive education is based on the principle that schools should provide for all children regardless of any perceived difference, disability or other social, cultural and linguistic differences. The diverse needs of these learners and the quest to make schools more learning-friendly requires regular special education teachers to
consult and collaborate with one another as well as with family and community in order to develop effective strategies, teaching and learning (Jelas, 2010) within inclusive setups. With the right training, strategies and support nearly all children including disabilities can be included successfully in mainstream education. Keeping the present context in view, the Conference is worth designed to sketch a perspective action plan for the CSSEIP on promoting best practices in inclusive education. The conference embodies two major technical sessions—first technical session is expected to witness perspective based strategic dialogue on inclusive education in agreement with theoretical, conceptual, and legal framework while the second technical session will have exemplary evidenced based practices in concerned field. It is expected that outcomes of the conference will have lasting impressions on participants and have sustained salutary effects on our society and future as well.
