REGISTRATION OF DEMAND FOR THE PERIOD OCTOBER 2008 – MARCH 2009
1.0 RINL desires to register the demand for the balance period of the financial year from the existing customers and also other interested firms/individuals for taking the material from RINL except Wire Rod Coils, MS & LC grade Rounds upto 36 mm size and Squares in MS grades. The existing and new Actual Users are to register their demand for these items also. The details of products marketed by RINL are available in this website.
2.0 The existing and prospective customers are requested to register their demand, latest by 25th October’08, by submitting the requirements in the enclosed format, to the Sr BM/BM of the branch from which they prefer to take the material. RINL shall confirm the accepted demand latest by 31st October’08.
3.0 The allocation of material shall be based on the accepted demand. RINL will accept the demand of existing customers to the extent possible and the surplus material shall be allotted to new customers. In case of demand outweighs the availability, about 20% of the availability shall be reserved to new customers.
4.0 RINL shall prefer allocation of materials to the customers, who have registered their requirements as mentioned above. However, RINL reserves the right to sell the materials to other customer also, as deemed fit. No claim shall be entertained on this account.
