Eligibility Criteria

^:

The bidder must fulfil the following eligibility criteria and should submit the following document;

1. The

bidder should

fulfil the

criteria

of

satisfactory execution

of at least 1

similar type's works and should submit the works experience certificate.

2. The

bidders should submit

the

related document

in

support

of

above

works

issued by respective departments.

3.

The bidders should submit valid PAN No. GST No.

4.

^{The rates for the above} work shall be valid

for

one year and during this period; the work will be carried out as ^per the need basis or direction as per the institute authorities.

5.

Before tendering, the bidder shall inspect the site to fully acquaint himself.

6.

Payments shall

be

made based on

the

satisfactory actual

work

done and based on the actual measurement, after deduction of ^5o/o, which shall be kept as security

to

cover the defects liability

for a

period of six month from the date of completion. ^During

this

period, any defect is found the same shall be got rectified immediately by you. No extra payment wili be made.

8.

The works shall be strictly carried out

as

per

the

latest CPWD specification of work and works manual under the.supervision of Engineer Civil A.

9.

to

^reject the tender process at any stage without assigning any reason.

10.

^{The quoted rates shall} be inclusive of all taxes and charges as applicable.

11. Any loss/

damaged/

theft

caused

to the

manpower engaged shall be sole responsibility of the agency.

12. The

contractor

shall be

responsible

for their good

character,

all

damaged done

to

the existing structure shall be made good by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

13. lSl Delhi Centre shall not be

responsible

for any injury of loss any worker of

the contractor that may take place while on work. Any compensation or expenditure towards

treatment for such injury or loss of the life shall be the sole responsibility of

the contractor. The contractor is solely responsible

for

any damage

or

injury or accident that

may occur to any of his

^personnel

working under his contract. No claim

whatsoever arises
