QFFICE ORDER

In supersession of Office Order of even number dated 12.9.2005 and in pursuance of the provisions contained in sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, being a public authority within the meaning of clause(h) of Section 2 of the said Act, hereby designates Shri Amit Jha, Director as Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) in the Department of Agriculture and Cooperation with immediate effect and until further orders.

2. Shri Jha shall perfonn the functions & duties of CPIO as assigned under the Right to Infonnation Act, 2005 and the Rules framed thereunder in addition to his existing duties.
