TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME

There is a raging debate in our country that the quality of the students ultimately depends upon the quality of teachers. And unless we empower our teachers, our children will not be empowered because ultimately it is the quality of the teachers that will bring about the quality of students in the country. The faculty form the most valuable resource of the technical education system. With the advances in technology and its adoption by Indian industry occurring at a rapid pace, it has become essential that the technical teachers should develop an aptitude for lifelong learning and have an exposure to advances in their field.

As per the quality improvement policy of Lakireddy Bali Reddy College of Engineering in imparting technical education, LBRCE started conducting In-house Teacher Training Programme every year since 2009. This is to empower teachers and furthering the knowledge of young teachers of LBRCE who teach engineering courses. The emphasis being on the imparting basic skills needed to become good teachers.
