I would like to thank my colleague Mahima Nareshchandra Dahekar for his contribution in the primary research survey 1, researching grounding techniques, pomodoro focus, finalizing colors and UI components. Last but not least, I would like to thank my family and friends for their unwavering support as always. The solution's central idea is to use this intelligent technology to analyze anxiety and then provide users with a personalized healing experience that serves as a friendly introduction to caring for one's mental health.

It is further extended to also connect with professionals in cases of extreme anxiety. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines mental health as "a state of well-being in which one is aware of one's abilities, is able to cope with the normal stresses of life, can function effectively and productively, and is able to contribute to one's community" (WHO, 2018).People have experienced stress, anxiety, fear, sadness and loneliness as a result of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The inspiration or motivation to take up this topic comes from a personal experience of suffering from mental health issues during pandemic while suffering from Covid-19. Below is a screen capture of the Emotional Analysis conducted by the company with their desktop application.

The above research shows that about 60% of the respondents are facing one or the other mental health problem and they are fully aware of it. Relationships, health and work have been hardest hit due to the decline in mental health during the pandemic. Anxiety and depression were found to be the most pressing problems in this age group.

82% of them have said that they have had some or other problems during the past 1 year. This shows that a large number of users have psychological problems, of which only 20% choose to go to therapy.

Any mild mental health disorder must be managed by balancing self-care with monitoring and assistance from family, friends and experts. So India has 0.75 psychiatrists per 100,000 population. (Kabir Garg, 2019) This shows that there is a scarcity of experts needed to help people with mental health. Be inadequate in the situation or not right for the age group Impede the ability to do the normal tasks.

Anxiety and terror reactions are created, maintained or modified by the area of the brain that creates, maintains or modifies them. The Brain's Cortex: The Reasoning and Logic Brain – Conscious Memories – Consciousness – Detailed Information (Catherine M. Pittman, n.d.). The above data was found through various sources, but most importantly in the article "Anxiety Disorders" by NIMH (Health, n.d.).

It's the last game of the season, winner takes it all, and you're up for grabs. You are well aware that you have put your money where your mouth is, yet it is working against you. When you are having a difficult day or dealing with a lot of stress, overwhelming emotions and/or acute anxiety, grounding is a self-soothing tool to use.

Grounding is a technique that allows you to stay in the present moment and reorient yourself to the present moment and reality. CBT aims to help people stop and change the anxious thoughts that feed their anxiety and reduce avoidance of action. Together, these adaptations help reduce anxiety symptoms without the need for medication, as well as affect their daily lives.

The following characteristics are assessed when using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with patients to control their beliefs regarding a specific trigger. DARE response is a unique and simple approach to breaking free from anxiety and panic attacks. DARE is a program that seeks to modify the way you think about anxiety and make it more bearable.

There are many spinning toys like spinners, Rubik's cubes, fidget balls, etc. that also help with restlessness, which is a symptom of anxiety. Yoga and other physical exercises have been shown to help with anxiety in the long term. Scientific studies have shown that these mini meditations reduce anxiety and increase efficiency.

In fact, visualizations trigger similar neural networks that are activated during the task, helping to improve the brain-body connection. Gratitude promotes neural modulation in the prefrontal cortex, which controls negative emotions in the brain. It stimulates activity in the hypothalamus and has a good effect on biological processes, memory and emotions by lowering stress hormones in the body.

34;While diverting our attention from unpleasant thoughts and stimuli can be beneficial for mental health, it does nothing to address the root cause of the symptoms,” Thomas explains. During my studies I became acquainted with existential facts such as freedom, isolation and meaninglessness. , death by Yalom. Kierkegoard talks about how making decisions based on our own makes us authentic rather than dependent on other individuals, groups or institutions.

An acute episode of sudden fear that occurs when there is no apparent threat or danger is known as a panic attack. You can confuse the symptoms of a panic attack with the symptoms of a heart attack in some situations. After primary research, it was determined that anxiety is the mental health problem most prominent among the 18 to 24 age group.

It would be tested with a group of users to understand the pain points and then addressed along with a mobile app for the second phase. The existing model is located in the left and right posture detection and, according to the literature study conducted, is an addition for anxiety. Based on the literature research and in consultation with therapists, a solution was derived to introduce users to healing with a high-level 3-step package.

To make it clearer for users, it will have healing packages according to the results of the users of the GAD-7. A few explorations for the welcome screen based on a calm view or providing information about what anxiety is and how this solution can help users.
