Terms and Conditions:
The quotation must be in Indian rupees and rates quoted should beinclusive of all applicable Taxes and F.O.R. our Laboratories at Anand inclusive of installation, commissioning and demonstration, if any.
Our university will supply custom duty exemption certificate for being educational institute.
Validity of the quotation should be120 clear days from the last date of receipt of the quotation.
Payment shall be made only after satisfactory installation and demonstration. No advance or part payment or payment through bank can be entertained.
Tender forms only from original manufacturers/ their authorized dealers/ stockists who are in the concerned field will be considered, along with the said certificate.
The credentials of the party, list of customers and complete illustrated literature should be enclosed with the tender form. The firm should be ready for pre inspection of the item and its performance, if necessary.
All the electronic hardware should comply with international standards for safety, electromagnetic emissions and immunity, CE/FCC Mark/Certification, etc.
Tenderers will have to attach original colour catalogue of the each quoted product ensuring exact specifications.
In case of defective items, the same shall have to be replaced by the party concerned at its own cost, and risk, and within stipulated time.
The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of account payee Demand Draft in the name of “AAU Fund Account” payable at Anand, shall have to be accompanied with the filled Tender Forms. Tender submitted without EMD shall not be considered. The deposit shall be forfeited if the party in any case is not able to supply the odered goods in stipulated period and at the rates approved.

3. Ammonia Compressor (with necessary controls and accessories):
The unit having capacity of 5 TR @ (-)10°C E.T. and 38°C C. T., directly driven by 7.5 HP 1450 RPM electric motor, coupling between compressor & motor shaft, suction & discharge stop valves and base frame, oil separator with float HP / LP / OP switches & gauges with following items.
a) Ammonia evaporative condensers having 7.5 TR heat rejection capacity at 28°C WB and 38°C condensing temperature. The coils shall be made from 18 G SS 304 tubes and the casing as well as tray shall be made from SS 304 sheets complete with 1 HP fan motor and 0.5 HP water circulation pump with SS 304 water circulation pipeline.
Minimum heattransfer area of coil shall be 10 m2.
b) MS liquid ammonia receiver with liquid inlet and outlet valves, oil drain, air purging valves, pressure gauge &
safety valve with isolating valves, reflex type liquid level indicator with check valves & isolating valves, saddle type MS support. Size of receiver: 18” x 6’ long made from 8 mm boiler quality plates for shell & dished ends. (2 receivers are required with necessary fittings and accessories to be connected in parallel).
c) Ice building coil (Evaporator) made from 32 mm NB SS 304 coil, 2.77 mm (sch. 10) thickness seamless pipes complete with 50 mm NB SS 304 (sch. 10) vertical liquid inlet headers and suction headers, 25 mm NB SS 304 (sch.

e) Chilled Water Tank: Size 4 m x 1.2 m x 2.4 m height suitable for housing 180 RMT ice building coil and 16" dia agitator driven by 2 HP electric motor. The tank shall be made from 1 mm thick SS 304 plates andit shall be covered from four sides and bottom with the help of 75 mm thick PUF panels with 0.5 mm thick pre-coated GI sheets.
Necessary stiffeners from MS angles/channels shall be provided on all sides and bottom to prevent from bulging and for the purpose of lifting the tank.
Necessary connections for chilled water outlet, gauge glass drain and overflow shall be provided to the tank. Chilled water tank covers made from 60 mm thick PUF panels covered by 0.5 mm thick pre- coated GI sheets.
f) 16" dia agitator driven by 2 HP TEFC sq. cage induction motor 1450 RPM complete with drive set and belt guard.
g) FRP Induced Draft Cooling Tower Suitable for heat rejection of 72,000 kcal / h @ 36°C / 32°C / 28°C inlet / outlet / WB temperature. Casing / Basin manufactured from FRP, Honey comb type PVC fills, hot dip galvanized structure, 2450 mm dia x 1500 mm height, fan 750 mm dia made from cast aluminium material, fan motor 1.5 HP, 970 rpm IP-55 hot dip galvanized ladder, GI piping and PVC nozzles.
h) MS Refrigerant Pipeline Consisting of seamless tubes 106 grade B (schedule 80 up to 1" dia and schedule 40 above 1"
