B TECH (FOOD TECH) COUNSELLING-CUM-ADMISSION LIST- III (to fill 3 seats under open and reserved merit)
Subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Admission Guidelines 2016-17 as well as Eligibility for admission to B Tech Food Tech programme under General Instruction on Online Application Forms, the following candidates (who had appeared in interview) have been called for counselling-cum-admission to fill up the few vacant seats (3 seats under open and reserved merit) in B Tech Food Tech Programme of study. These candidates shall have to report to the Dean, Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences &
Technology on August 08, 2016 STRICTLY between 10.30 A.M. to 11.30 A.M. along with the following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc:
1. Copy of Jamia Hamdard application form
2. High School/Matric (10th) Certificate (Date of Birth Certificate)
3. 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Mark sheet &
Certificate
4. Character Certificate from the institution last attended 5. Migration Certificate
6. Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof.
7. Latest, Three Passport size coloured photograph
8. Demand Draft of Rs 58000/- [Rs. 50000/-Semester fee of the course, Rs. 2000/- Admission Fee {One Time}, Rs. 1000/- for Enrolment Fee {One Time} and Rs.
5000/- {refundable library Security}] as mentioned in the Admission Guidelines-2016-17 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu) in favour of Jamia Hamdard payable at New Delhi.

Note: 1. If a candidate fails to report on specified date and time he/she shall not be permitted to appear in counselling at later date & time and will forfeit the claim of admission.
2. Please note that the above list is arranged in merit order as per open and reserved merit.
3. Reporting in counselling-cum-admission is not guarantee for admission
4. Candidates who were selected under selection list I/II and could not complete the admission may also report for counselling-cum-admission. These candidates shall be given preference over the candidates listed in above counselling-cum admission list.
The selected candidates will have to complete the admission formalities and deposit the prescribed semester fee in the Bank/Finance Office of Jamia Hamdard on same day (i.e.
August 08, 2016), failing which they will forfeit their claim for admission.
Please note that the Students availing privileged categories (Internal, SC/ST, Sports person and physically Challenged) will be admitted only on production of original certificates.
Note: University takes every possible care in preparation of selection lists. However, if any error is committed inadvertently in the selection list displayed, then it will be treated as null and void/corrected.
