Subject to fulfilment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Admission Guidelines 2016- 17 as well as Eligibility for admission to B Pharm (NRI/Industry Sponsored) programme under General Instruction on Online Application Forms, the following candidates have been selected provisionally for admission to the B Pharm (NRI/Industry Sponsored) Programme of study. These candidates shall have to report to the Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy on 04 July 2016 between 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. along with the following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc:
1. High School/Matric (10th) Certificate (Date of Birth Certificate)
2. 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Mark sheet &
Certificate
3. Character Certificate from the institution last attended 4. Migration Certificate/ School leaving certificate
5. Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof.
6. Latest, Two Passport size coloured photograph
7. Demand Draft of $ 5000 (Annual fee, Equivalent to Indian Rupees) + Rs. 2000/- Admission Fee (One Time), + Rs. 1000/- for Enrolment Fee (One Time) and Rs.
5000/- (refundable library Security)

The selected candidates will have to deposit the prescribed annual fee in the Bank/Finance Office of Jamia Hamdard, failing which they will forfeit their claim for admission.
Please note that the Students availing privileged categories (Internal, SC/ST, Sports person and physically Challenged) will be admitted only on production of original certificates.
Note: University takes every possible care in preparation of selection lists. However, if any error is committed inadvertently in the selection list displayed, then it will be treated as null and void/corrected.
