Subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Admission Guidelines 2018-19, following candidate who had appeared in counseling session-I and was waitlisted has been selected provisionally for admission to the D Pharm Programme. Candidate has to report and complete the admission formalities in the office of Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research on 29th August, 2018 between 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 PM.
Please bring following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc:

1. High School/Matric (10th ) Certificate 2. 12th Class Mark sheet & Certificate
3. Character Certificate from the institution last attended 4. Migration Certificate
5. Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof 6. Latest three Passport size color photographs
7. Demand Draft of Rs. 49,500/-
[Total 49,500/- includes First Semester Fee 30,000/-, Admission Fee 5000/-, Enrolment Fee 2500/-, Library Deposit (Refundable) 5000/-, Alumni Fund 2000/- and Semester Examination Fee 5000/-] in favor of “Jamia Hamdard” payable at New Delhi.
1. University takes every possible care in preparation of selection lists. However, if any error is committed inadvertently in the selection list, then it will be subject to correction.
2. Candidate (s) fails to report or could not deposit the prescribed fee on the above mentioned date shall forfeit the claim for admission and the unfilled seat(s) shall be offered to candidate(s) in the waiting list as per merit.
