D PHARM (NRI/Industry Sponsored Category): SELECTION LIST-II
Subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Admission Guidelines 2017-18 as well as Eligibility for admission to D Pharm programme under General Instruction on Online Application Forms, following candidates have been selected provisionally for admission to the D PHARM Programme of study. These candidates shall have to report and complete the admission formalities in the office of the Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research on or before 04 August, 2017 between 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. along with the following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc:
1. High School/Matric (10th ) Certificate
2. 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Mark sheet & Certificate 3. Character Certificate from the institution last attended
4. Migration Certificate
5. Sponsorship Letter for appropriate Industry/agency
6. Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof 7. Latest three Passport size color photographs
8. Candidate selected under NRI/Industry sponsored category must bring Demand Draft of Rupees equivalent to $1400/- {($1000/- 1st Semester fee + $100/- Admission Fee (one time) + $100/- Enrolment Fee (one time) and $200/- as library security (refundable)} in favor of
“Jamia Hamdard” payable at New Delhi, mentioned in the Admission Guidelines-2017-18 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu)

2. Candidate (s) fails to report or could not deposit the prescribed fee on the above mentioned date shall forfeit the claim for admission and the unfilled seat(s) shall be offered to candidate(s) in the waiting list as per merit.
