ADMISSIONS 2017-18
August 13, 2017 M PHARM: SELECTION LIST-V
Subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Admission Guidelines 2017-18 as well as Eligibility for admission to M Pharm programme under General Instruction on Online Application Forms, following candidates have been selected provisionally for admission to the M PHARM Programme of study.
These candidates shall have to report and complete the admission formalities in the office of the Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research on 18th August, 2017 between 10.00 A.M. to 3.30 P.M. along with the following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc:
1. Copy of Jamia Hamard Application form 2. High School/Matric (10th ) Certificate
3. 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Mark sheet & Certificate 4. B Pharm Marks sheets (preferably, all four years) and degree (if available)
5. Character Certificate from the institution last attended 6. Migration Certificate
7. GPAT SCORE CARD-2017, if available
8. Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof 9. Latest three Passport size color photographs
10. For Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology a Demand Draft of Rs 76000/- {(Rs 66000/- 1st Semester fee + Rs 3000/- Admission Fee (one time) + Rs 2000/- Enrolment Fee (one time) and Rs 5000/- as library security (refundable)} in favor of “Jamia Hamdard” payable at New Delhi, mentioned in the Admission Guidelines-2017-18 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu)
11. For Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance & Pharmacy Practice a Demand Draft of Rs 102000/- {(Rs 92000/- 1st Semester fee + Rs 3000/- Admission Fee (one time) + Rs 2000/- Enrolment Fee (one time) and Rs 5000/- as library security (refundable)} in favor of “Jamia Hamdard” payable at New Delhi, mentioned in the Admission Guidelines-2017-18 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu)

Note:
1. University takes every possible care in preparation of selection lists. However, if any error is committed inadvertently in the selection list, then it will be subject to correction.
2. Candidate (s) fails to report or could not deposit the prescribed fee on the above mentioned date shall forfeit the claim for admission and the unfilled seat(s) shall be offered to candidate(s) in the waiting list as per merit.
3. There are few vacant seats in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Open Merit: 1, Reserved Merit: 2) &
Pharmaceutical Analysis (Open Merit: 1, Reserved Merit: 2), Only those candidates, who had applied to Jamia Hamdard and appeared in earlier counseling’s but had not opted these disciplines in their application form, may submit an application on 17th August 2017 (between 10:00 am to 11:30 am) to Dean, SPER, for inclusion the these two disciplines in their application forms. Such Candidates will be offered admission subject to availability of seats as per their merit. Candidates, already admitted in any other disciplines will not be eligible for such inclusions. Candidates who failed to submit the application on the scheduled date and time shall not be considered at later stage.
