Subject to fulfillment of all eligibility conditions as laid down in the Admission Guidelines 2017-18 as well as Eligibility for admission to B Pharm (Regular & SFS) programme under General Instruction on Online Application Forms, following candidates have been selected provisionally for admission to the B PHARM (Regular & SFS) Programme of study. These candidates shall have to report and complete the admission formalities in the office of the Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research on 2nd August, 2017 between 10.00 A.M. to 3.00 P.M. along with the following documents in original as well as photocopies for verification etc:
1. High School/Matric (10th ) Certificate
2. 10+2 (Intermediate/Sr. Secondary) /or equivalent examination Mark sheet & Certificate 3. Character Certificate from the institution last attended
4. Migration Certificate 5. NEET Score Card-2017
6. Gap/Intervening period Certificate, if any and valid reason thereof 7. Sponsorship Letter (For Industry Sponsored Category Candidates) 8. Latest three Passport size color photographs
9. For REGULAR a Demand Draft of Rs 55000/- {(Rs 45000/- 1st Semester fee + Rs 3000/- Admission Fee (one time) + Rs 2000/- Enrolment Fee (one time) and Rs 5000/- as library security (refundable)} in favor of “Jamia Hamdard” payable at New Delhi, mentioned in the Admission Guidelines-2017-18 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu)
10.For SFS a Demand Draft of Rs 85000/- {(Rs 75000/- 1st Semester fee + Rs 3000/- Admission Fee (one time) + Rs 2000/- Enrolment Fee (one time) and Rs 5000/- as library security (refundable)} in favor of “Jamia Hamdard” payable at New Delhi, mentioned in the Admission Guidelines-2017-18 (available at www.jamiahamdard.edu)

Note:
1. The Selection lists are arranged in alphabetical order and candidates have been offered admission in Regular & SFS category as per their merit (NEET All India Rank) and rules of Jamia Hamdard.
2. The Waiting list is arranged in Merit order (NEET All India Rank) and waitlisted candidates will be offered admission in SFS, only if there is any Vacancy.
3. University takes every possible care in preparation of selection lists. However, if any error is committed inadvertently in the selection list, then it will be subject to correction.
4. Candidate(s) fails to report or could not deposit the prescribed fee on the above mentioned date shall forfeit the claim for admission and the unfilled seat(s) shall be offered to candidate(s) in the waiting list or from next counseling (as per rules of Jamia Hamdard) and as per merit.
5. Counseling schedule (as per vacancy and rules of Jamia Hamdard), has been uploaded separately at www.jamiahamdard.edu.
