Sub: Interview for Commonwealth Split Site Doctoral Scholarships tenable in the United Kingdom for the year 2013-MEDICAL SUBJECTS.
Sir/Madam,
With reference to your application on the above subject, I am to request you to attend the interview for Commonwealth Split Site Doctoral Scholarship tenable in the United Kingdom for the year 2013 on 22nd November, 2012 at 9.30 a.m. in the UGC Office, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi – 110 002.
You are requested to bring the following documents, in original, and give it to the UGC representative at the time of reporting at UGC Office, if not done earlier :-
1. The applicants whose application has not been forwarded earlier through the Vice-Chancellors/the Executive Head may kindly bring two sets of application duly
forwarded and stamped by the Vice-Chancellor/the Executive Head (Section-3 of the application) in the specified Commonwealth Scholarship Commission’s form which can be downloaded from the website i.e. http://bit.ly/cscuk-apply. Please note, in case of College/University teachers, the nomination must be recommended by the Vice- Chancellor only. In other cases, the Executive Head/Director/Dean, as the case may be, may make the nominations duly stamped.
2. A copy of the admission notice received from the chosen Institution in U.K. which would help in securing the placement at the chosen institute.
3. The applicants who had not registered for Ph.D at the time of applying may kindly bring two sets of application duly forwarded and stamped by Vice-Chancellor indicating the expected registration date and enclose documentation from the Vice-Chancellor/Executive Head to this effect.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Interview is likely to continue for the whole day.
