Last Date and time of submission of bid in the office of the
Registrar University of Kota, Kota MBS Marg, Near Kabir
Circle, Kota. In two sealed envelopes system.
1. First envelope subscribed as " TECHNICAL BID ENVELOPE"
containing two separate original Demand Drafts drawn in favour of "Registrar, University of Kota, Kota" payable at Kota, one Demand Draft towards the cost of Tender Fee (non-refundable) and other Demand Draft of Earnest money/Bid Security(Refundable) shall be in favour of Registrar, University of Kota, Kota. Along with all supporting documents fulfilling the eligibility criteria as stipulated in tender document.
Date and time of opening of Technical Bid.
2. Second Envelope shall contain financial bid only. This Envelope shall be subscribed as "FINANCIAL BID
ENVELOPE" & properly sealed
3. BOTH THE ENVELOPE SHALL BE PUT IN ONE ENVELOPE.
