Programme Schedule Dr. V. Ananda Reddy is the Founder-Director of Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research, Puducherry. He has conducted many workshops and seminar at various centres and Universities in India, Europe and the USA disseminating the vision of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
Dr. Narendra Joshi: Passionate about societal research oriented work for the future of the human race. He served as Principal in Agnel Technical College, Mumbai.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhatia: A sought-after speaker by organizations in India and abroad, he champions the cause of values and ethics in business. He is a promoter director of several companies.
Mr. S. Ganesh Babu: He is a coach extraordinaire and has authored two books: Business (Head) Transformation and Thoughts on Life Excellence. As a strategic thinker and a trainer, he has conducted several workshops on spirituality in management
Prof. Kisholoy Gupta: An accomplished international trainer in Management Sciences. He is a mentor and a coach for executives for setting professional and life goals. He is a functional expert in developing leadership models.
Dr. Sridarshan Kaundinya: He has 2 decades of cross-functional experience spanning several areas in Business Management & Public Policy. Sridarshan has completed projects in different sectors and industries in different countries and at different organizations including Indus, GE, TCS & CPUC.
Ms. Padma Asokan has been managing Omeon Solutions, a global software company that is primarily focused on developing and licensing innovative Video Technology and Supply Chain Management to its clients around the globe. She is a member of The Madras Management Association.
Mr. N Harihara Subramanian (Hariharan): A passionate Social Worker involving and supporting many Projects is the founder and promoter of Indian Institute of Governance (IIG), Chennai.
Pondicherry University
A Central University, established through an Act of Parliament in 1985.The campus is covered over 780 acres of land with lush green tropical vegetation and the entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. It has about 4000 students representing 33 states of the country and abroad and over 500 highly qualified faculties from across the country. It has the state of the art library with remote access to over 31000 digital information resource through a dedicated library portal.
Department of Management Studies
The Department of Management Studies (DMS) bears the sole pride of establishing the first management programme in Pondicherry. Since its inception in 1986 it has been catering to the needs of aspiring management and research students with highly competent team of faculty members. The faculty have published many research articles in leading national and international journals.
Sri Aurobindo Centre for Advanced Research (SACAR)
SACAR is a research institute established in the year 2000 and is entirely dedicated to the research in Sri Aurobindo’s vision and work in various disciplines like Psychology, Management, Indian Culture, Yoga etc.

Of following passion at work WorkshopThis two day workshop is being organized by the Department of Management Studies, School of Management, Pondicherry University in collaboration with SACAR with the objective of grooming future managers as spiritually conscious with a high degree of inner resilience and tenacity to withstand pressures of business world.
Purpose:
To present a new paradigm of Ethics, Values and Corporate Governance in business, through Perfection, Harmony, Strength, and Wisdom based on Sri Aurobindo’s thought.
Developing the inner capabilities of students as future managers in terms of the aforesaid Four Pillars.
