AN APPROACH TOWARDS TEACHERS TRAINING FOR EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE LEARNING

Abstract - E -learning is a learning which is conducted through electronic devices specially on internet. Online learning have a great importance from past two years. This research is focuses on the understanding need or significance of tools of online learning and the role of that tools in teachers training. The main purpose if this research paper is to predict the trending educational tools and to implement that tools for student engagement and to increase productivity of learning.

1 INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, The whole world is now become more and more digital.E-learning is growing and established practicein our country. Specificallyin universities, colleges, trade school, etc. E - learning is the system which is based on formalised teaching but with the help of electronic resources. It is a new version of distance learning. Education and learning are interconnected things. Education can become transformative when teachers and students connect information and subjects, experiences.But to connect with the students teachers also need training to teach the students via electronic devices. Teachers education plays important role in making pool of school teachers.Because this will shape the new generation.Online learning method is used on large extent from past two years because of pandemic situation till now and in future as well. Because a globe is now become a technosavvy. Teachers using the online platforms like zoom,google meet, Microsoft team for teaching.But the success ratio of learning is not that much good.Because teachers have lack of understanding and training about educational tools such as story bird, augmented reality, thing link to improve their teaching.Knowledge,formation of disposition and values and development of practice under good mentor are the required things to educate the teachers .Teacher preparation is a vital activity and this needed multidisciplinary approaches.Creative techniques to use technology in the classroom can make our life easier as a teacher and raise excitement level of students and engagement with the lessons.
According to National Educational Policy 30℅ online learning and 70℅ traditional learning is compulsory. That means NEP is majorly focuses on hybrid learning.
1.1 Objectives:
1. To understand the need of E-learning through educational tools.
2. To study the role of the tools in teachers training to improve productivity of learning.
3. To predict the trending tools and ways to implement that tools in online learning for student engagement.
1.2 Research Methodology
Research is simply means a step by step analysis which is used to provide in depth information to solve a particular problem. Primary and secondary data both are collected for this research paper. A survey of teachers from different fields was conducted through questionnaire method to gather primary data. While secondary data is collected with the help of weblinks and e-books.
1.3 Sample Size:
The sample size for this research paper is

THING LINK
Thing link is an tool for the teachers to offer probability to create learning methods that can arousing the curiosity among the students through interactive content like photographs, music ,sounds that can increase their knowledge. Teachers will be able to share this on social networking sites like Twitter, what’s app.
*CLASS DOJO
Class dojo is a very helpful tool for the teachers to improve the behavior of the students.
With the help of this educational tool teachers will able provide instant feedback to the students so that good disposition is rewarded. So that students will respond in the receptive attitude towards learning process.
STORY BIRD
This is the best tool for the students as well as teachers. In the story bird teachers can make online artistic books and projects with the students through easy interface.
KAHOOT
Kahoot is the educational tool which is based on games and question. This tool is important to create dynamic, social and fun educational environment during online learning. Teachers can create discussion, questionnaires that complement academic lessons which are answered by students while learning and playing both at the same time.
ANIMOTO
Animoto is a digital tool. It allow the teachers to create quality videos in very short duration from any mobile device. This tool is beneficial for the teachers to inspire students and helping to improve their academic education.
EDUCLIPPER
In this tool teachers will be able to collect the information which is find on internet and share in the groups. This tool is useful to maintain the academic record of the students.
3 DATA ANALYSIS:
Almost all the respondents are sure that E -learning is a system which is based on formalised teaching but with help of electronic resources.

No one of the respondent disagree with the statement that E – learning helps the students to be more tech savvy and makes them familiarwith the use of technology.
More than 60 ℅ teachers believe that E–learning is the need of hour.
The huge number of respondents feel that students do not engaged very well in online learning.
The large number of respondents said that during online teaching learning process students switch off their cameras and are engrossed in other activities.
Each and every respondents strongly believe that Educational tools plays major role in improving productivity of learning.
Few respondents are little bit confused while giving response over here.But at the same time Most of the respondents agreed that teachers training for the advent of new tools is an ongoing process.

No one us disagree with this statement. That means story bird and class dojo are useful tools for the teachers to make an innovative and interactive class.
Majority of the respondents feel that augmented reality &artificial intelligence are the best tools to grab the attention of the students in online learning
.
Gamification and kahoot are useful ways to improve student engagement according to huge number of respondents.
4 CONCLUSION
According to this research online learning has given opportunities for the students and teachers to take up additional courses along with their work. Online learning is a powerful and flexible tool for the teachers at the lowest cost. But at the same time teachers faced lot of difficulties to understand changes or updations of technology. Teachers need to get training about tools and application to make their classes creative, effective, productive.
Training sessions are required to help the teachers learn and prepare teaching plan which will bring interest of the students and encourage them .Even the teachers need to be proactive to accept the challenges in the learning because learning is an ongoing process for each and everyone. According to this research when the teachers effectively utilize the resources that is digital learning tools like gamified learning, creating digital content, class dojo, etc. in online classes then the teachers will be able to grab the attention of the students in the online classrooms.
5 SUGGESTION:
1. Teachers have to understand the need of utilization educational tools.
2. Story bird and class dojo are best techniques for the teachers to train ourselves.
3. Teachers need to focus on innovative tools like augmented reality and artificial intelligence for student engagement.
