Abstract - Intellectual property rights are core to the advancement and development of technology as they are conceptualized in the form of proprietary rights, which may further be transferred, licensed, assigned and protected against infringement. IPR its protection.

IPR and its protection along with information enforcement fosters the contribution of technological innovations and its transfer ended dissemination promoting it to various advantages which can be derived mutually by both the producers and users of the above knowledge of technology in a conducive way, that further adds to the social and economic welfare’s thereby balancing the legal rights as well as obligations.

This will further upgrade and enhance various policies related to innovations, laws on environment and will play a pivotal role in managing various environmental issues at a global level. IPR may also enjoy various short lived privileges over the products and thereby aid to control and determine the information quality in technology based resources.

The rules and regulations of intellectual property fundamentally empowers the availability of various innovative ideas along with quality thereby it is highly important to achieve various goals such as sustainable development better human health. An Environmental Protection. Furthermore, the level and scope of IPR positive influences the flow of talent and technologies amongst various industrialised and developed countries.

These protocols further control the communities having traditional knowledge an application of these into innovative methods of modern day, various up gradations and developments in the fields of clinical sciences, environmentalism, education promising further sustainable development.

1 INTRODUCTION

The intellectual property is this special category that includes the intangible skill set of human intellect that are to be converted into meaningful interpretations.Therefore, the protection of intellectual property rights further aids into various good practises subject to variability, differentiability, innovative and creative approaches to solve various problems.Intellectual property (IP) is a term that describes a number of distinct types of intangible assets.The main forms of IP are patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

Although some inventions may be covered by multiple types of IP protection, it is important to consider a number of business and legal factors before selecting the best protection strategy. Some technologies require strong IP protection to commercialize, but unnecessary costs can derail bringing a product to market.

In this digitalised era there we stand at a risk of getting over creative ideas stolen without any consent IPR plays a significant role and further protects the interests of the innovators thereby smoothening the free trade or original ideas across the globe.

Furthermore, the strong IP laws contribute to the development in a more disciplined way recently it has been observed that the IP crimes are increasing therefore, the public domains which are easily available the ideas and information can be stolen just in time.

Various IP loss that’s further supporting cyst of the talented and the innovative one with the continuous industrialization and globalisation striking a balance between the real and the fabricated ideas have to be identified.If you control so you can only promise the growth of any nation and do plan the development so as to bring a positive change to the overall ecological balance. With the increase of environmental pollution can and over usage of various natural resources it is high time for us to identify this crisis, whereby, corporates are also assuming the responsibility not only in the global marketplace but in our country India as well.

Management of both environmental and natural resources in a country like India has become more urgent.Most of the industries are identifying the need of sustainable

This study is does very naive attempt to embark on to the understanding of IPR and green management.Further, it has been observed that the law related to the business gives some confirmation and security to the business policy in the same way the laws before related to intellectual property they give an important shield to the intellectual goods which is created by an individual person with the help of creative and are the innovative identity's. These innovative identities can further be safeguarded with this kind of various loss unlike previous. Further, promising talent as well as innovation from the real to virtual. Also, talking about the consumable of intellectual goods and the appropriate usage so that ethically it can be used into the mainstream, is one of the major understanding.

As we embark in the new decade of the digital world and the changes and with respect to the business environment and the environmental or climate changes it is very important for us to tackle and track and thereby balance both the factors together to transmit a greener future for the coming generations in order to save the individuality and originality of the talent intellectual property rights are coupled with the green management ideas then becoming a new word discipline for the young researchers to analyse and think about such complex multi patient endeavours where the collective dreams of crystal creativity genuinely comes into picture it’s worth noticing.

4 CONCLUSION

Conclude that robust IP protection facilitates green technology creation, adaptation and distribution. Depletion of non-renewable resources is taking place at a very fast pace and the availability of the same is finite. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a change towards a more sustainable lifestyle based on green technologies, which is part of the development of new global environmental policies and a stronger protection of IP rights is an integral part of this process.
