4 CONCLUSION
This study concluded that the growth and performance of Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank slightly improved in terms of branch expansion, investment, and deposit but on another side, the value of NPA has been increased as Bank should take some important steps to reduce NPA as it creates a big risk for the bank. It was found that SHGB failed to earn a high value of profit so banks should try to increase their profitability and credit deposit ratio as it helps to extend the strength of the bank. This study suggested that Bank should follow some strategies to improve its financial performance through increasing profitability position and reducing NPA.
