Web options for THIRD PHASE of allotment are invited from the candidates who have submitted their ONLINE application for combined admission into Bi.P.C. Stream UG Courses viz., B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture, B.Sc.(Hons.) Community Science offered by Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Hyderabad, B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc offered by P.V. Narsimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University (PVNRTVU), Hyderabad and B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture offered by Sri. Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticultural University (SKLTSHU), Mulugu for the Academic Year 2021-22 based on their Telangana EAMCET–2021 Ranks as scheduled below:

(Hons.) Agriculture & B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science), PVNRTVU (B.V.Sc. & A.H. & B.F.Sc.) and SKLTSHU (B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture)

for the AY 2021-22

1. Only ONLINE web options hosted on www.pjtsau.edu.in will be accepted. No options will be accepted in any other format and if at all done will be summarily rejected. The applicants are informed not to send the downloaded web options to the University by Post, by Courier or in Person.

2. The applicant should read and understand all the instructions and eligibility criteria for admission before proceeding to fill the Web Option form. The applicant is advised to take a print out of the instructions before exercising the options so that he/she can refer to the same while filling.

3. Important Dates for THIRD PHASE of Online Counselling:

Commencement of Web options: 01-03-2022, 10:00 AM

Last date for submission of web options: 03-03-2022, 09:00 PM Display of Provisionally selected candidate on the University

website: 07-03-2022, 07:00 PM

Reporting at the allotted college:

10-03-2022, 05:00 PM 4. The candidates with ranks mentioned in the notification only are eligible for exercising web

options i.e., selection of courses and colleges in the order of their preference.

5. The applicant has to login with registered Mobile Number.

6. Then the applicant will receive OTP number.

7. After the successful Login, the candidate has to verify his/her profile and exercise Web Options.

8. After successful submission of web options, a PDF file will be generated with the particulars furnished by the applicant. The same should be downloaded.

9. Mere exercising of web options by the candidate does not guarantee any seat.

10. The choices furnished by the applicant in the option form is final and cannot be edited or modified. Therefore the applicants should take at most care while submitting the Web Options. Hence, candidates are informed to verify the options twice and thrice before submitting the option form. No correspondence will be entertained with the applicants in this regard.

11. Based on the option exercised by the applicants and availability of seats in each course, final allotment of seats will be made as per the reservation policy and the same will be put up on the University website (www.pjtsau.edu.in).

12. Candidates are informed to check their final allotment to the college from the website www.pjtsau.edu.in and report to the respective college along with all original certificates, shall pay the fee as specified in the allotment letter on or before the last date indicated in the allotment letter, failing which the admission shall automatically stand cancelled.

13. The fee particulars of U.G. Programmes of three Universities are as follows:

14. If the candidate is selected under Farmers quota, he/she should submit original ANNEXURE-I (Non-municipal certificate for a minimum period of four years) & ANNEXURE-II (Extent of farm land not less than 1 acre) without fail as per the norms while reporting at the respective colleges.

15. The selected candidate should produce the following original certificates along with Two sets of xerox copies.

a) Online Application Form.

b) SSC Memorandum of Marks or Equivalent Examination Certificate, showing the evidence of the Date of Birth.

c) Pass Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or its Equivalent Examination).

d) Telangana State EAMCET-2021 Rank Card.

e) Bonafide / Study Certificate from 6th to 12th Class.

f) Non-Municipal Area Study Certificate (ANNEXURE-I) (At least four years of the study period before the qualifying examination), if applicable.

g) Agricultural Land Holding Certificate (ANNEXURE-II) (At least one acre farm land), if applicable.

h) The latest certified copy of the Social Status (Caste) Certificate issued by the competent authority from Telangana State in case of applicants belonging to Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.

i) The latest certified copy of the EWS Certificate issued for the year 2021-22 by the competent authority from Telangana State in case of applicants belonging to EWS.

j) Four latest passport size photographs of the student.

k) If the candidate has joined in any of the college of PJTSAU, PVNRTVU & SKLTSHU during the previous phases of allotment he/she has to submit the following documents:

i. Copy of Admission letter.

ii. Custodian certificate of the institute joined.

iii. Fee receipt of the respective college.

16. If the candidates want to attend counselling for other courses of other universities, he/she may request (duly submitting the undertaking) the college authorities to issue a custodian certificate or to return the original certificates within two or three days. If the original certificates are not returned within the stipulated time, the admission shall stand cancelled and the seat shall be filled up in the subsequent phases of counselling.

17. If the candidate does not join the allotted college within the prescribed date his/her seat will be automatically cancelled. Hence, after seat allotment, the candidates has to join the college within the prescribed date and time. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

18. The verification of all the documents in accordance with the eligibility criteria of the course will be done by the Officers of the allotted college.

19. The Community certificates of the candidates will be certified by the concerned Social Welfare Officers.

20. The candidates who secured admission in the previous phases are also eligible for subsequent phases of counselling for better course or better college preferred by him/her. For each phase of counselling separate notification will be given for exercising the options. Option exercised in the previous phases can’t be considered for the third phase. Hence the candidates are informed to regularly visit the University website- www.pjtsau.edu.in.

21. The following candidates are eligible for subsequent phases:

• Who secured a seat in earlier phase of online counseling and wish to move to some other colleges as per their priorities.

• Candidates who participated in earlier phase of online counseling and could not secure a seat.

• Candidates who did not participate in the earlier phase.

• Candidates who were allotted a seat but didn’t report/pay the fee at the college.

• A candidate allotted a seat in earlier phase but cancelled his/her admission.

NOTE:

• Options exercised for previous phases will not be considered for third phase of counseling. Hence, candidates have to exercise their options afresh for each phase of counseling.

• Options may be exercised for those colleges even if the vacancies are not available, because vacancies may arise due to cancellation and sliding of candidates from one college to another college.

22. If the candidate secures a seat in Phase-II, he/she will loose the claim on the earlier allotted college, and has to report to the new college on or before the date furnished in the notification.

Failing to report to the new college within the stipulated date, he/she will loose the claim on the new college as well as the old college.

23. In case the candidates wish to cancel their admission, he / she shall approach the Associate Deans of the college concerned but not to the University Authorities.

24. If the admitted candidate cancels his/her seat before the closure of admissions for the Academic Year 2021-22 an amount of Rs.1,000/- shall be collected as processing fee. The remaining fees already paid during admission shall be refunded.

25. If the admitted candidate cancels his/her seat after closure of admissions process for the AY 2021-22 the candidate forfeits the fees already paid (except the caution deposits) and in addition, he/she has to pay an amount of Rs. 1,000/- towards processing fee.

26. Applicants are requested to visit the University’s website: www.pjtsau.edu.in frequently for regular updates regarding admission and counselling process.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: -

➢ This notification shall be treated as an individual intimation and no separate intimation will be issued

All Categories means the candidate belonging to OC, EWS, BC, SC and ST including Non-Rural, Rural, Non-Farmer and Farmer.

For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from Telangana / Andhra Pradesh / Un-Reserved with TS EAMCET-2021 Rank can compete on the basis of merit and rule of reservation.

➢ The candidates are informed that the duration of B.V.Sc. & A.H. course is of 5 ½ years as per the recent regulations of Veterinary Council of India, New Delhi. The pattern of education for B.V.Sc. & A.H. course shall be on annual system basis.

➢ The candidates are required to produce all the relevant original certificates at the time of joining which the candidature for admission will be rejected.

The selected candidates will have to pay the requisite fees inclusive of deposits failing which the seat will stand cancelled.

Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability.

Fees once paid to the University will not be refunded under any circumstances.

➢ Selection of candidates under BC, SC & ST quota is subject to clearance of the respective social status by the respective Directorates of Government of Telangana.

➢ The provisional selection under BC-E category is subject to the final adjudication (in W.P.No.

15267 of 2007) in the Hon’ble High Court.

The guidelines issued by Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed scrupulously.

The Universities do not guarantee any employment to the candidates joining the courses.

➢ Candidates are required to read the prospectus thoroughly before opting web options.

Counseling for admission under NCC, CAP (Defence), Sports and PH quota will be held separately in presence of the concerned authorities.

More number of candidates than the availability of seats are called for web options and hence, mere attendance / participation does not guarantee admission.

The seats reserved under BC/SC/ST categories shall also be filled up simultaneously during the allotment process on the scheduled days.

➢ Out of total seats 36% in B.F.Sc. UG programme (i.e.,11 seats) offered by Sri Venkateshwara Veterinary University (SVVU), Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh are earmarked for Telangana State.

The admission is based on the Rank obtained in TS EAMCET-2021. The candidates selected under these seats will be required to study at College of Fishery Science, Muthukur, Nellore Dist. under the control of SVVU. The fee structure as prescribed by SVVU is approximately Rs. 37,000/-.

➢ The selection of the candidates in B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture and B.Sc.(Hons.) Horticulture under payment quota shall be based on the ranks obtained in TS EAMCET-2021 duly following the rule of reservation with fee structure as indicated in the prospectus. The rule of reservation under farmers quota (@40%) will also apply for payment quota seats. The notification for these seats will be issued separately.

A candidate for admission under general category to B.V.Sc. & A.H. degree course, must have passed in the subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry & Biology and obtained 50%

(45% for SC/ST/PH category) of marks at the intermediate level in each subject.

15% of seats in B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture under ICAR quota will be filled up based on ranks obtained in UG-AIEEA-2021 National level examination conducted by ICAR. The left over seats under ICAR quota will not be filled up by the University.

In case, the information furnished or the certificates uploaded by the candidates are found to be false, the University will take appropriate action against the individuals concerned.

➢ The University is not responsible for any information provided in websites other than at www.pjtsau.edu.in.

Parents and Students are informed that the admissions are purely based on merit and guidelines of the University and as such they are requested not to rely on any middlemen/persons/consultants who try to mislead the students in securing admission into PJTSAU under any quota. All the seats will be filled by the University only through combined counselling.
