• The Sports Certificates of the applicants have been verified by the Sports Authority officers concerned and indicated the priorities to the eligible candidates.
• Based on the priorities allocated by the SATS official, seats shall be filled up as per ranks obtained in the Telangana EAMCET-2022 and duly following the rule of reservation.
• Open Competition (OC) means the candidate belonging to OC, EWS, BC, SC and ST.
• For the Un-Reserved (Non-Local 15%) quota, any candidate from Telangana / Andhra Pradesh / Un-Reserved with TS EAMCET-2022 Rank can compete on the basis of merit and rule of reservation.
• The guidelines issued by Government of Telangana from time to time shall be followed scrupulously.
• Candidates called for counselling process will have to attend at their own cost and only one parent / guardian of the candidate will be allowed to accompany the candidate.
• More number of candidates than the availability of seats is called for certificate verification and hence, mere attendance / participation during verification does not guarantee admission.
• In case, the information furnished or the certificates uploaded by the candidates are found to be false, the University will take appropriate legal action against the individuals concerned.
• The University is not responsible for any information provided in websites other than at www.pjtsau.edu.in.
• Parents and Students are informed that the admissions are purely based on merit and guidelines of the University and as such, they are requested not to rely on any middlemen/persons/consultants who try to mislead the students in securing admission into PJTSAU under any quota. The University only through combined counselling will fill all the seats.
• Candidates are informed to read the prospectus thoroughly for the eligibility and selection criteria and other rules laid down before attending the certificate verification &
counselling.
• The Candidates are informed to attend the certificate verification one hour before the scheduled time.
• The selection candidates will have to pay the requisite fee including deposit immediately (Rs.39,000/- per semester for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture in PJTSAU, Rs.55,800/- per annum for B.V.Sc. & A.H. in PVNRTVU, Rs.43,290/- per annum for B.F.Sc. and Rs.47,090/- per semester for B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture in SKLTSHU) failing which the seat will stand cancelled.
• The selected candidates should produce the following original certificates along with TWO sets of xerox copies.
a) ONLINE application form
b) SSC Memorandum of Marks or equivalent examination certificate, showing the evidence of Date of Birth
c) Pass Certificate cum-memorandum of marks obtained by the applicant in the qualifying examination (Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent examination).
d) TS-EAMCET-2022 Rank card.
e) Bonafide / Study Certificate from VI to XII class.
f) The latest certified copy of the social status (caste), certificate issued by the competent authority from TS state in case of applicants belonging to Backward classes, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes.
g) The latest certified copy of the EWS certificate issued for the year 2022-23 by the competent authority from TS state in case of applicants belonging to EWS.
h) Sports and Games Certificates along with Form I, II, III & IV (whichever is applicable) which are mandatory for claiming seat under SPORTS quota.
