ABSTRACT

The current study examines the difference between male and female bank employees on work motivation and mental health. In order to measure work motivation the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS) developed by Gagne, M., et. al. (2010) was employed and for measuring mental health, Mental Health Inventory (MHI) developed by Jagdish and Srivastava (1995) was used. The findings suggest that there is a significant difference between male and female bank employees on work motivation and mental health.
